Riley is our dairy, egg and nut allergic son.  We have been coping with food allergies since 2007.  It’s hard to believe it has been nearly 10 years!  It was terribly difficult at first but it has gotten easier over time.  In the last 10 years we have learned so much about food allergies and have helped many people along the way.  I want to share what we’ve learned with others because I know how hard it is to have your world turned upside-down with the discovery of a food allergy, and how difficult it can be to participate and feel included in social events which nearly always involve food.
