Using ramen noodles is a fun twist, making this meal extra kid-friendly. Be careful to check the ingredients, because many ramen noodle brands contain egg. Maruchan Ramen is one brand that does not contain egg or dairy in the noodles, however, the seasoning packet does contain lactose, which is a milk product. Be sure not to use the seasoning packet if you are avoiding dairy, and always check the labels in because ingredients can change.
