Making Bisquick Pancakes without eggs or milk is easy and you probably won't tell the difference. This is great for big gatherings or camp-outs, and especially easy for those who aren't used to cooking with unfamiliar recipes or ingredients. Applesauce is inexpensive and easy to find. Water or any milk substitute like coconut, rice or soy milk will work. We use it at family reunions and scout camp-outs. Our scout leaders appreciate having easy and delicious options for everyone that also accommodate a food-allergy need. I would not recommend mixing up more than two batches at a time.
Stir all ingredients until blended.
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto a pan or heated griddle, on medium heat (about 375 degrees).
Cook until bubbles break on surface. Turn and cook until golden.
